• Share your property. Tell us your address so we can confirm whether a Picasa Home is a fit or discuss custom options for your lot. We’ll reach out within 24 hours to set up your introductory call.
• During the introductory call, we talk through your property, the right Picasa models, timelines, and budget.
• During the showroom presentation, you’ll step into a real Picasa Home and explore options and upgrades in our Design Center.
• Feasibility assessment. We visit your backyard to confirm the fit and evaluate your electrical panel, plumbing, sewage, and gas lines.
• Proposal, approval, and build. Once you approve your plan, we get to work on permitting, scheduling, and construction.
